Our architectural philosophy is built around "Zero Cloud Reliance" — all barcode generation, aesthetic rendering, image recognition, and camera scanning happen strictly inside your browser's local sandbox without transferring any payload over the network.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect

3. Chrome Permissions Used and Why
The extension requests only minimal permissions strictly required to provide its advertised features:

4. Camera & Image Recognition Privacy
When using camera scanner or image drop decoding:
- Webcam Feed: Video streams are processed in real time using client-side JavaScript (
jsQR). Video frames are never recorded or transmitted over the internet. - Image Decoding: Dragging, dropping, or pasting images analyzes pixels locally using HTML5 Canvas. The source image never leaves your machine.
5. Third-Party Sharing & Commercial Ads
Because we collect zero user data, we do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer any information to third parties. Our extension is free of charge and contains no commercial advertising or promotional SDKs.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Our product is safe for all audiences and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.
